カーナビ代わりに、ルート検索サービス

　さて、そろそろお盆休みで、帰省に、レジャーにと車での移動が多くなります。
　そうすると、目的地までの経路が気になる所です。帰省も慣れてる道のようで、もっと効率いい道が無いか毎回気になってます。(^^;

　私は普段は、途中の経路を地図見て考えるのも楽しみのうちなので、今まで特に気にしたことも無かったし、ナビも載せてません。
　が、今年は下の子が目が離せないし、仕事は忙しいしで、そんな暇無さそうです。
　そんなわけで、いくつか経路探索サイトを探してみました。

　まずは、"使える"と感じた順番に
・mapfan web ルート検索
・livedoor地図情報ルート検索
・goo地図
・NAVITIME
・ENEOS ドライブルート検索

　下位が使えないと感じたのは、インタフェースのせいです。
　「ENEOS ドライブルート検索」ですが、地図が荒くて出発・到着ポイントが指定しにくいこと。そして高速道路情報がベースなのか、かなり無理やりな経路が出ました。
　そして「NAVITIME」は、どちらかというと住所で出発・到着ポイントを指定するタイプなのか、地図上でのポイント指定がしにくかったです。
　これらは、メンドウになって、これ以上試す気にならなかったです。(^^;

　残った３サイトについて、どんな経路が出るか試してみました。
　ターゲットは、ちょうど先日枚岡公園に行ったばかりなので、その近くの国道308号の、東大阪側の170号との交差点から、生駒側の168号との交差点までで試すことにしました。
　これで酷道308号を使う経路しか出ず、第二阪名を使う経路が出ないようだと、私や妻には使い物になりません。(^^;)

　結果、「goo地図」は高速道路優先の設定にしても308号暗峠越えルートしか出ませんでした。

　「livedoor地図情報ルート検索」、「mapfan web ルート検索」は、広い道優先や、高速道路優先などのオプションを使えば第二阪名の経路が出ました。(^^

　両者を比較すると「mapfan web ルート検索」のほうが経由地を設定できる分だけ自由度が高いですね。私的には、このサイトが今の所、ベスト・ルート検索ということになりそうです。
　もっとも、こういうサイトは日々進化するので、すぐにこの順番は変わるかもしれませんね。

　ちなみに、308号だけでなく、関西から三重に抜ける検索をさせると、mapfan, livedoor では名阪国道＋伊勢自動車道の経路を出せる（出ない場合もある(^^;)）のに対して、goo地図では出ないことが多かったです。
　関西から三重に抜けるコースは、酷道425号や、166+422号のように距離は短く見えるけど名阪国道＋伊勢自動車道のほうが１時間は早いような道があったりするので、ルート検索の試験にはいいかもしれません。(^^;
　実際、425号がルート検索で出ることがあるんですよ。どう考えても169号+309号で、42号に出たほうが走り易くて早そうな所で。

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.
