　NICTの一般公開に行ってきました。

　情報通信研究機構と言って、その方面の研究所なのですが、わりにファミリー向けを意識した展示をしているので子供でも楽しめる展示もあるのです。

　関西では神戸と京阪奈地区があるのですが、ロボットがいるということで京阪奈地区のほうへ。
…と言いつつ、一番の目玉は Intelligent City Walker でした。(^^;
　障害物などを自動検知して、自動的に止まったり、ハンドルの切れ方を調整したりする乗り物です。
　身長制限とかで遊園地のゴーカートを運転できなくて悔しかったうちの子ですが、これは自分で運転できて大満足。(^^)

　ロボットは4種類ほどいたのですが、うちの子が気に入ったのは、このキーポンという、一番単純そうなの。(^^;
　人や、渡された物のほうを見て、イヤイヤしたり頷いたり反応を返すだけなのですが…
　いろんな物見せては、キーポンがどれが好きそうか考えたり、そんなことで他の子と楽しく30分くらい遊んでました。

　反対に、一番複雑そうだったのは、このインファノイド。
　手や表情など動きは複雑だけど、人のほうみたり、渡された物に反応するという点では、キーポンと同じ感じかな？
　妙にロボットロボットしてるせいか、うちの子は、恐る恐る触ってみて、あとはからかって遊んでる感じでしたね。
　キーポンとみたいにお友達にはなれなかったみたい。(^^;

　一回りしてクイズラリーに正解すると、一人１回、スーパーボールすくいをさせてくれました。
　強い紙を使ってるのか、うちの子も大漁で大喜びでした。(^^)
　でも縁日と違って、お金払ってもう一度、ってのができないのが残念そうでした。(^^;

　毎年７月終わりの土曜あたりにやるようなので、また機会があったら行ってみたいです。
